Petit Chablis

A fresh and frivolous wine

The appellation of Petit Chablis is harvested on the outlying vineyards or on the tableland.

This production lies within 0.80 ha.
Portlandian clay soils impart to Petit Chablis wines a pleasant touch with lightness and liveliness.

This wine can be drunk the year after the harvest and can be kept for 2 to 3 years. It should be drunk at a temperature of 10-12°C and is perfect for aperitif or with oysters, seafood, broiled fish or cochonailles (pork delicacies).

Chablis

An attractive and expressive wine

The Chablis appellation is produced on the hillside and meets the plateaus.

The Domaine produces its Chablis wines on about 15 ha, and results from a judicious blend of different climates.
The light calcareous clay soils impart floral, fresh and mineral aromas to Chablis wine.

It can be drunk from the first year of bottling and can be kept for over 5 years. It should be drunk at 12°C and pairs well with pies, ham in Chablis sauce, seafood and broiled fish.

Chablis Vieilles Vignes

A powerful and mineral wine

The appellation of Chablis Vieilles Vignes is a special vintage originating from the unique harvest of forty year-old vines.

The Domaine production of this wine covers 2.60 ha.
The light calcareous clay soils along with the old vines bring fruity and very rich aromas to this vintage.

This wine can be drunk from the first year of bottling and has an aging potential of 5 to 8 years. It should be drunk at 12°C and goes well with patés, chitterling sausage, parsleyed ham, Burgundy snails, poultry with sauce and goat cheese.

Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume

Sensual and complex

The Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume appellation is ideally located on the slopes, on the right bank of the Serein river with perfect sun exposure to express its personality.

The Domaine production covers 4 ha.
The deep kimmeridgian soils bring a fruity, intense, mineral and greasy note to this Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume.

It can be drunk from the second year and has an aging potential of 5 to 10 years. It should be drunk at 12 to 13 C and pairs harmoniously with scallops, shellfish, flat or smoked fish and poultry in cream sauce

Chablis 1er Cru Homme Mort

Classy and elegant

The Chablis Premier Cru Homme Mort appellation is ideally located on the slopes, on the right bank of the Serein river with the best sun exposure to express its personality.

The Domaine yields cover 0.60 ha.
The kimmeridgian soils bring a classy, elegant, mineral and greasy touch to this Chablis Premier Cru Homme Mort

It can be drunk from the second year and has an aging potential of 7 to 12 years. It should be drunk at 12 to 13 C and goes perfectly well with foie gras, fish as well as poultry in cream sauce or cooked with morels.
