The Petit Chablis appellation<\/strong> is harvested on the outskirts of the vineyard or on the plateaux.<\/p>\n The Domaine produces Petit Chablis on just over 4 hectares. This wine should be drunk in the year following the harvest, and can be kept for 2 to 3 years.
