CHABLIS VIELLES VIGNES
Domaine Séguinot & Filles
A powerful, mineral Chablis
The Chablis Vieilles Vignes appellation is a special cuvée made from a single harvest of a fifty-year-old vine, the first vine planted by Daniel.
The Domaine produces this wine on 1.50 ha.
The light clay-limestone soils and this old vine give this cuvée fruity, rich aromas.
This wine can be drunk within the first year of bottling and can be kept for 5 to 8 years.
It should be served at a temperature of 12°C, and goes perfectly with pâtés, andouillettes, parsley ham, snails, poultry in sauce and goat’s cheese.
