PETIT CHABLIS
Domaine Séguinot & Filles
A fresh, frivolous Chablis
The Petit Chablis appellation is harvested on the outskirts of the vineyard or on the plateaux.
The Domaine produces Petit Chablis on just over 4 hectares.
The Portland clay marl soils give Petit Chablis a pleasant lightness and liveliness.
This wine should be drunk in the year following the harvest, and can be kept for 2 to 3 years.
It should be drunk at a temperature of 10-12°C and goes well as an aperitif or with oysters, seafood, grilled fish and cochonnailles.
